Urgent enquiries are answered 24 hours per day, seven days per week, in partnership with the National Poisons Information Service (NPIS).  The UKTIS telephone number is:

bullet

UKTIS actively follow up the outcome of pregnancies exposed to drugs and chemicals.  The most valuable method of collection of pregnancy outcomes are those which are reported prospectively – that is whilst the pregnancy is ongoing, before the outcome is known.  Healthcare providers involved in the management of pregnant patients exposed to any drug or chemical can report the exposure and register the pregnancy for follow up by contacting UKTIS on the number above.
